A Different Kind of Indian Restaurant

Indian cuisine is often spoken about as though it were one cuisine. In reality, it's a collection of countless regional traditions, each shaped by its landscape, climate and people.

Kasi invites you to experience that diversity through a menu inspired by the journey of the Ganges where every stretch of the river reveals a different way of cooking, gathering & sharing food.

Here, contemporary Indian dining is guided by heritage, led by Chef Jolly and grounded in the finest seasonal produce from Hampshire.

ABOUT THE MENU

The Ganges is more than an inspiration for Kasi. It is the idea the restaurant is built around, shaping the journey, the regions we explore and the food we put on the table.

Flowing over 2,500 kilometres from the Himalayas to the Bay of Bengal, it connects landscapes that couldn't be more different. Along its banks, climates shift, ingredients change and cooking traditions evolve, creating one of the world's richest culinary journeys.

Rather than representing one region, Kasi follows the river itself celebrating the distinct flavours, ingredients and traditions found along its course, reinterpreted through local produce and a contemporary expression.

COME SIT A WHILE

Great meals were never meant to be rushed.

Kasi is designed around conversation, sharing and discovery. Courses arrive at an unhurried pace, allowing each region, ingredient and flavour to be experienced as part of a longer journey.

Whether you're here for lunch, dinner or a special occasion, we invite you to settle in, slow down and explore India's regional cuisine one course at a time.
